Wolfgang Gradewald serves as the owner of Wolfgang Gradewald Software C.C. and is a principal within the organisation.

He has more than 32 years of experience in Electronic Engineering with the key aspects Digital Technologies and High Frequency Technology. In Germany, he had been dealing with product design, mechanical engineering, tools and design construction, and software development for 20 years. In 2006, he sold his 3 German companies and emigrated with his family to Namibia where he founded Wolfgang Gradewald Software c.c. and started to develop the local Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring System NamTrack.

Today he is responsible for operating the company, developing the hardware of the tracking units, programming the firmware of the tracking units in Assembler and C++, programming the accident evaluation software in C#, programming the Device Communication Servers and drawing the accident reports.
